Transform

Transform is an engine room for powerful performance. We create exhilarating international festivals and work year-round to catalyse future-gazing artists and creatives to reimagine what theatre can be. We bring Bold, Brave, Vivid & Socially Conscious international performance to the Leeds City Region and beyond. The next Transform festival will take place in a variety of venues and spaces across Leeds in 2025.

Community Engagement is a huge art of what we do at Transform. The Guardian said “International festivals can easily feel detached from their host city. In bringing together artists from all over the world, the local gets lost in the mix. But at Transform, the character of Leeds is baked into the programme.”
