Music House
Music House is a registered charity committed to making music and singing accessible to everyone, regardless of their personal circumstances. We offer affordable 1:1 and small group lessons, and our core aim is to create meaningful opportunities for young people to engage in music.
Based in the heart of Little London—one of the most deprived areas in the country—we work to remove barriers to participation through inclusive, community- based projects. When funding allows, we develop and deliver creative programmes that support local people’s wellbeing, confidence and personal growth.
We believe music should be enjoyed by all and that it plays a vital role in improving mental health and building self-esteem. Our lessons cover a wide range of instruments and genres, and we provide space for local choirs, music groups and private tutors at affordable rates.
We are proud members of Arts Together, a network that helps us connect with like- minded organisations across Leeds and raise awareness of our work.
