We’re proud to make Leeds Palestinian Film Festival more inclusive. This is the only BSL-interpreted event this year.

Films created by women in Gaza or stories about Palestinian women.           

Films include: Selfies by Directed by Reema Mahmoud (2004), Hind Under Siege by Naji Salameh & Aida Amircani (2024) , Very Small Dreams by Etimad Washah  (2025)

Our Speakers

  • Sarah Agha – British-Palestinian actor, TV presenter, screenwriter, and curator of the
    Arab Film Club
  • Maryam Ghorbankarimi – British-Iranian film-maker and lecturer at Lancaster University
  • Suesanne Samara – Leeds-Palestinian doctor, member of Yorkshire Health Workers for
    Palestine
  • Ghassan Mustafa – production manager and executive manager of Farjone Films, flying
    in from Jordan
