Minoti Parikh is the Founder of TPL Experiences, a creative consultancy business based in West Yorkshire that supports organisations and communities to build thriving and inclusive cultures.
Minoti is an Entrepreneur, Creative Artist, Trainer, Speaker, NED and Master of Ceremonies. She comes with an international experience of facilitating more than 1600 events, creative projects, wellbeing and training programs in over 25 countries.
Born and raised in India and now based in Leeds, Minoti is passionate about building equitable, healthy and inclusive cultures and communities and often introduces arts as a way to improve diversity, increase overall wellbeing and leadership skills within organisations and communities.
As a Creative artist, Minoti has completed her stage graduation in the Indian classical dance form- Bharatnatyam (the oldest dance form of India) and along with producing and performing at arts festivals across the country, Minoti’s artistic practice is based within communities. Minoti is passionate about introducing dance and movement as a way of improving the overall health and wellbeing of disadvantaged and vulnerable communities. Minoti leads community engagement projects and has worked with various community groups to produce a wide range of projects and performances. Some of the communities/organisations she has worked with are- Solace, BME Dementia services, Mesmac (elderly LGBTQ plus community group), Carers Leeds, Women Health Matters, Age UK, Leeds Older People Forum etc.

Fun fact- I was the first woman TV Presenter of the National biking championship in India, it was aired on Star sports and I was the lead ‘face’ of the show for seven years.
