Looking for a great way to stay active, meet new people and boost your physical and mental wellbeing? Dance On sessions for 55+ are the perfect place to start. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have been moving and grooving your whole life our sessions are for you.
Run by Yorkshire Dance and led by professional dance artists you will learn new skills and movements adaptable to different mobility levels. You can take the session at your own pace, some of our dancers stand, some sit – but everyone has a great time staying active together. No experience needed, just bring yourself and your enthusiasm!
