About the event
Celebrate Hallowe’en with the magical minds behind some of your favourite spooky books!
In a big celebration to mark the end of the Summer Reading Challenge 2024 ‘Marvellous Makers!’, join Adam Murphy, Bernard K Mensah, Jenny McLachlan, Jack Meggitt-Phillips, and more for spine-tingling stories, creepy draw-a-longs, and eerie activities in the mysterious corners of Leeds Central Library. Please read your booking confirmation to find out how to join each author for a more interactive “Ghastly Masterclass”.
A light breakfast and drinks will be available on arrival, bring your own packed lunch and spooky outfits are encouraged. Family Friendly, most suitable to children aged 6 years and over. A BSL interpreter will be present at all author talks in the Tiled Hall and at Jack’s Ghastly Masterclass.
