About the event

Are you currently receiving treatment for primary or secondary cancer? Finished treatment or a friend or family member of someone on a cancer journey? Would you like a safe space to calm the mind, find joy and reconnect to yourself with loving kindness?

Then this six-week long “Cancer Journey Retreat’ is for you!

We’ll work together to create a safe, kind hearted community, that has a mutual understanding of some of the things you’re going through. By the end of the six weeks, you’ll have bank of exercises and activities to support your mental health, you’ll be able to use whenever you need them.

1-1 Reiki

Creative Activities (Mandala making, art, movement etc.)

Cacao Ceremonies
